Application procedure

If you choose NCU as your starting university, registration is done via the YUFE Virtual Campus, followed by the NCU Internet Registration System (IRK) website.

Registration for non-Polish citizens for the academic year 2025/2026 is now open in the YUFE Virtual Campus. Phase 2 of registration at NCU IRK will be open 01.06.2026 – 28.06.2026. Admission interviews will be held 1-3.07.2026.

Registration for Polish citizens for the academic year 2025/2026 is now open at YUFE Virtual Campus. On the IRK website the 1st round of application will be open 01.06.2026 00:00 – 14.07.2026 23:59.
