Two dishes + dessert will be prepared by a 15-person team of chefs led by Filip Malinowski from Chwast Prast Vege Bistro.
In the culinary teams, the gardeners of the KOI Edible Garden and their friends will cook.
During the event you will:
- taste innovative dishes made from the vegetables from the KOI Edible Garden,
- participate in a quiz,
- listen how was the gardening season in 2025,
- receive recipes for the dishes prepared that day so you can cook them yourself at home.
