A Polish-Turkish group of students together with Erasmus+ guests took part in a canoeing expedition through the picturesque landscapes of the Brodnica Landscape Park. The river guided us through quiet lakes and green natural corridors, while the local wildlife prepared a truly unforgettable spectacle for us.
Among the birds we encountered were the majestic white-tailed eagle, grey heron, common crane, osprey, and a graceful pair of mute swans.
For some of our fearless water explorers, this was the final field trip of their university journey — a symbolic farewell to their academic adventure. For our Erasmus+ guests, it became a remarkable expedition deep into the heart of Polish nature, filled with excitement, wonder, and shared discovery from the perspective of the river.
The expedition was led by Dr Anna Dubownik.
